Hemlane allows owners to request payments using an online or offline payment requests. These requests can be configured for a one-time request (such as a security deposit) or recurring request (such as monthly rent).
Before requesting a payment you will want to set up your bank account. Please view the article and video below for more details on adding in your bank account.

To request rent and other payments:
Step 1: Select Financials from the left side main menu
Step 2: Click [Online Payment] or [Offline Payment] in the top middle section
Online Payments can be made through Hemlane using attached bank accounts and/or credit cards
Offline Payments are made outside of Hemlane, usually via check or money order
Step 3: Choose [Request one-time] or [Request Recurring] from the drop-down menu
