Hemlane provides customers the ability to change their subscription package at anytime! If you are paying for the rental property on Hemlane, then you have this capability.
An invited user (someone not paying for our services but added to help manage a property) does not have the permissions to archive or delete a property. Only paying customers are able to do so as archiving and deleting properties impacts subscriptions.
