Why can't I use a credit card* to send money directly to another user?
*Please note: You can send money to another user directly using a bank account. Only direct payments to another user via a credit or debit card is restricted.
Hemlane's security measures prevent users from using the [Send Money] button to send payments using a debit or credit card.
How do I submit a payment to a team member with a credit card?
If you would like to use a credit/debit card to pay a user under your Your Team tab, please have the recipient create a payment request from you to them using the [Request Money] button within the Financials tab. When creating the request, they would need to allow the option to pay by credit/debit card payment. Once you receive this payment request, you will be able to submit payment via debit or credit card.
