Hemlane allows owners to send text messages to any tenants with a registered Hemlane account. Tenants can check they are receiving text messages within their Settings tab.
To update text messaging options:
Step 1: Click into the Settings tab.
Step 2: Scroll to the bottom and check the "Text Message Permitted" option and [Save].
