Hemlane partners with Plaid to perform a "Secure Online Verification" through your bank login. If your bank is not listed, this verification option is not supported by your bank. You will instead need to use our "Manual Verification" option which can take up to 2 business days to complete.
Connecting your bank account in Hemlane
When setting up your bank account in Hemlane, the system will ask whether you want to perform secure online verification or manual verification. We highly recommended selecting the online verification process, as manual verification can take up to two business days.
Once you select [Connect], please click [Continue] to accept the user policy for the online verification. Next, please search for your bank by name or click your bank from the list provided.
If your bank is unable to be located, your bank does not accept online verification. Instead, please cancel the online verification option select the "Manual Verification" option within Hemlane instead.
