You can easily update your payment method or cancel your Tenant Perks subscription at any time. If you have not yet enrolled in Tenant Perks, you will need to activate it first. For instructions, see our article, "How do I activate Tenant Perks as a Tenant?"
How to Change Your Payment Method or Cancel Tenant Perks
Step 1: Log into Hemlane and navigate to your Dashboard.
Step 2: Within your Dashboard, click [View Details] on your Tenant Perks benefits.
Step 3: From here you will have the option to either update your payment method or cancel your Tenant Perks subscription.
