- Turn on/off the setting for their monthly and weekly email notifications
- Turn on/off the setting for text messaging
- Change a team member's notification settings
To update your weekly and monthly email notifications:
Step 1: Hover over your name in the upper right corner of your screen
Step 2: Click "Settings" from the drop-down menu
Step 3: Select the "Notifications" section at the top of the screen and uncheck the boxes for weekly and monthly updates
Step 4: Click [Save] at the bottom
To update your text message notifications:
Step 1: Hover over your name in the upper right corner of your screen
Step 2: Click "Settings" from the drop-down menu
Step 3: Select the "Notifications" section at the top of the screen and uncheck the "text message permitted" box
Step 4: Click [Save] at the bottom
To change a team member's notifications:
Step 1: Click the Your Team tab by clicking your name at the top right corner of any Hemlane page
Step 2: Click on the name of the user you would like to update
Step 3: Check or un-check the box under the Notifications column for the property you would like to update
