Hemlane allows owners to receive text message notifications when prospective tenants or tenants send a message through Hemlane. Owners and property managers can update their text messaging preferences within their Settings tab.
To update text messaging options:
Step 1: Click into the Settings tab by hovering over your name in the top right hand corner
Step 2: Select "Notifications" from along the top
Step 3: Check the "Text message permitted" option and Save
