Hemlane allows you to view if your users have registered and/or connected their bank accounts, allowing payments or deposits. To view if a tenant or team member has connected their banking information, please follow the instructions below.
To view if your tenant has connected their bank account:
Step 1: Click into the Tenants & Leases tab
Step 2: Select the tenant's name to view their profile
Step 3: Check the "Tenant Details" section to confirm if a bank account has been added and is ready for payment
To view if your team member has connected their bank account:
Step 1: Click into the Your Team tab from the top right corner drop-down menu
Step 2: Select the team member's name to view their profile
Step 3: Check their profile for the "ready to receive payments" check-mark confirmation
