When Does My Eviction Shield Monthly Coverage Begin?
Eviction Shield Monthly is an additional subscription offering that provides you with real time monitoring of your rent requests and their payments and begins automatically whenever a tenant is past due on a payment categorized as "Rental Income - Rent" within your Financials tab. Once the rent is overdue, our team will initiate mediation with the tenant 3-5 business days afterward.
Please note: For our team to assist with past due rent payment(s), the request must be categorized as "rent".
How will I be updated about the mediation and eviction process?
Our team will begin mediation 3-5 business days after the due date for rent. You will receive updates via email and by text message once mediation has begun, and you can also view the active status of your request and all messages through your Services tab in Hemlane.
Will all of my properties be covered under Eviction Shield Monthly?
Absolutely! If Eviction Shield Monthly has been added to your subscription, each property within your Hemlane account is effortlessly added into the Eviction Shield Monthly coverage.
