Hemlane allows tenants to message their property manager directly through their account. When a tenant sends a message, it is emailed to the property manager and also posted within Hemlane, ensuring they are promptly notified.
How to send a message and contact your property manager:
Step 1: Click the Messages tab within your Hemlane account.
Step 2: Ensure your property address is selected in the top left corner.
Step 3: Type your message in the bottom "Message" box, and select [Send].
