Hemlane allows owners to receive text message notifications when prospective tenants or tenants send a message through Hemlane. Owners and property managers can update their text messaging preferences within the Settings tab.
To Opt Out of Text Messages
Step 1: Hover over your name in the upper right-hand corner and click into the Settings tab.
Step 2: Select Notifications from along the top.
Step 3: Turn off the “Real-Time Texts” option and click Save.
