Hemlane allows you to control the name that is visible to your tenants and other users, such as on payment requests, maintenance requests, and direct messages. This is referred to as your display name.
To Update Your Display Name
Step 1: Hover over your name in the upper right-hand corner.
Step 2: Select Settings from the dropdown menu.
Step 3: Update your display name.
Step 4: Scroll to the bottom and click Save.
