Does the Repair Coordination Team Help With Vacancy and Turnover Repairs?

Hemlane understands the urgency of turning over your rental property between tenants. While standard repair coordination covers in-tenancy repairs, turnover coordination is available as a separate add-on called Rent Ready+.

 

What Is Rent Ready+?

Rent Ready+ is available for $495 as a standalone add-on, accessible from any Hemlane subscription plan. Hemlane will coordinate minor repairs, replacements, and deep cleaning on your behalf. We can source from our network of service professionals or coordinate with your own. A quality control check is also included.

Please note that labor and materials for repairs and cleaning are not included in the $495 fee.

How Do I Submit a Rent Ready+ Request?

Step 1: Navigate to the Services tab, select All Services from the top, and click Fill Your Vacancy.

Step 2: Select the property you would like the services for.
 
Step 3: On the services selection screen, check the box for Rent Ready+. You can also add Inspection+  and Tenant Placement if needed. Click Next when ready.
 
Step 4: Fill out the property details including beds, baths, and any relevant notes, then click Next.
 
Step 5: Let us know how we can access the property, then click Next.
Step 6: Fill in your Rent Ready Billing details, including your maintenance thresholds. The standard threshold minimum is $300 and the emergency threshold minimum is $500. Select your billing contact and payment account.
 
Step 7: Confirm your preferred payment account and click Finish.
