- Checks the nationwide criminal and eviction database**
State Specific Leases and E-Signature
- Access to state specific lease templates
- Send and sign leases electronically
Full Accounting
- Bank sync to import transactions directly from your bank
- Categorize and assign properties and tenants to transactions
- Enable team members to assist with accounting management
- Generate income and expense reports, cash flow reports, and lease ledger
Tenant Perks and Tenant Platform
- Access to Tenant Perks for your tenants
- Full tenant-facing portal experience
- Unlimited users on your account
What Is NOT Included on the Starter Package
The following features require a paid Basic plan or above:
- Lease renewals and renewal reminders
- In-app tenant communications via SMS and email
- Unlimited photo and document storage
- Online rent collection, late fees, and payment reminders
- Income and expense tracking through payments
- Maintenance and repair features including tenant portal, work orders, and service professional tracking
- Customer support
Limitations of the Starter Package
Properties
- Only one active property is allowed per account on the Starter package
- Additional properties require a paid subscription***
Accounting
- Only one bank account can be added for Hemlane’s bank sync feature
- Rent collection from tenants is not included
Maintenance and Repair
- No maintenance and repair features are included
- Maintenance requests cannot be created manually for self-management
Your account will be switched to the Starter package at the end of your free trial. You can upgrade at any time to gain immediate access to all of Hemlane’s features.
