Hemlane allows tenants to set up automatic payments for any recurring payment request. You can schedule payments for the due date or a date prior, giving you the convenience of never having to worry about a late rent payment again.
How Do I Edit a Scheduled Automatic Payment?
To make any changes to an existing automatic payment, including updating your bank account or payment date, you will need to cancel the active automatic payment and create a new one with your updated details.
How to Cancel an Automatic Payment
Step 1: Select the Payments tab on the left-hand panel.
Step 2: Click Recurring along the top.
Step 3: Click View on your recurring request.
Step 4: Click Cancel under Automatic Payments.
Step 5: Click Yes to confirm the cancellation.
How to Set Up an Automatic Payment
Step 1: Select the Payments tab on the left-hand panel.
Step 2: Click Recurring along the top.
Step 3: Click View on your recurring request.
Step 4: Click Schedule Autopay in the upper right-hand corner.
Step 5: Click Confirm to finalize your automatic payment setup.
