Hemlane allows tenants to message their property manager directly through their account. When you send a message, it is both emailed to your property manager and posted within Hemlane, ensuring they are promptly notified.
How to Send a Message to Your Property Manager
Step 1: Click the Messages tab within your Hemlane account.
Step 2: Make sure your property address is selected in the top left corner.
Step 3: Type your message in the Message box at the bottom of the screen and click Send.
