When choosing a subscription package, Hemlane offers two billing options: monthly billing or annual billing.
With annual billing, you save 20% automatically compared to monthly rates. Annual subscriptions are charged upfront for the full year and are non-refundable if you cancel partway through the term.
As a rule of thumb, if you anticipate to:
-
If you expect to reduce the number of units, monthly billing is the better option.
-
If you expect to increase or keep the same number of units, annual billing is the more cost-effective option.
Monthly Billing
-
New units are billed immediately and prorated for the remainder of the billing cycle.
-
Archived (deleted) units create a credit on your Hemlane account (not refunded to your bank) that applies to the next monthly invoice.
-
If you add another unit later, any credit will automatically be applied toward the new charge.
Annual Billing
-
New units are billed immediately and prorated for the remainder of the billing cycle.
-
Archived (deleted) units create a credit on your Hemlane account (not refunded to your bank) that applies to the next annual invoice.
-
If you add another unit later, any credit will automatically be applied toward the new charge.
-
Refunds are not provided on annual plans if you reduce the number of units in your portfolio.
