Hemlane allows you to add users and set their permissions for one or more of your properties. These users are managed under the Your Team tab.
Please note that removing all properties from a user’s profile will remove that user from your account entirely.
To Delete a User From One Property
Step 1: Hover over your name in the upper right corner and select the Your Team tab.
Step 2: Click the name of the user you would like to remove.
Step 3: Click the three stacked dots to the right of the property you would like to remove them from and select Delete.
To Delete a User From Multiple or All Properties
Step 1: Hover over your name in the upper right corner and select the Your Team tab.
Step 2: Click the name of the user you would like to remove.
Step 3: Select Edit Multiple to update multiple properties at once. Use Select All if needed, then click Delete.
