Hemlane gives you the ability to create, edit, and delete portfolios to better manage your rental properties. A portfolio is a way to group properties together, making it easier to organize, filter, and track specific sets of properties within your account. This is especially useful for landlords, property managers, and owners who oversee multiple rentals and want to sort them by location, ownership, property type, or management group.
How to Create a New Portfolio
Step 1: Click into the Properties tab on the left-hand panel.
Step 2: Select Portfolios to the left of the Add Property button.
Step 3: Click the + New Portfolio button.
Step 4: In the popup window, enter a name for your portfolio, select which properties will be added, and click Save.
How to Edit or Delete a Portfolio
Step 1: Click into the Properties tab on the left-hand panel.
Step 2: Select Portfolios to the left of the Add Property button.
Step 3: Click View on the portfolio you would like to edit or delete.
Step 4: Choose between applying changes with Edit or removing the portfolio with Delete.
