When you add a property in Hemlane, our system connects with Google Maps to verify and confirm the address. This integration helps provide accurate location and marketing information for your listings across Hemlane and our partner advertising sites.
In some cases, such as new construction, recent developments, or properties not yet updated in Google Maps, the address may not appear in the search. If this happens, you can still manually add the property into Hemlane.
Please note that any manually added address may impact marketing syndication, as our advertising partner sites rely on GPS coordinates pulled directly from Google Maps. We recommend submitting the address to Google Maps as soon as possible so your listing can display the correct location across all partner sites. To Add a Property Not Currently on Google Maps
Step 1: Navigate to the Properties tab and select the + Add a Property button in the upper right-hand corner.
Step 2: Confirm you are adding a new property, select your property type, and choose “Add Manually.”
Step 3: Fill out the property details including the street address and the nearest location on Google Maps to help map it to the correct area.
Step 4: Add or skip the addition of any team members and service providers, and select your package type.
Step 5: Select your desired service add-ons and click Save and Finish.
