Hemlane references your property's GPS coordinates directly from Google Maps. If your property is not yet listed or verified on Google Maps, it may impact how your listing appears across our advertising partner sites, as the correct location cannot be displayed until the address is confirmed in Google Maps.
Hemlane does allow you to manually add a property address if it is not yet available on Google Maps, but please note that this will affect marketing until the address is verified.
If your property is new construction, a recent development, or simply not yet updated in Google Maps, we strongly recommend submitting the address to Google Maps as soon as possible. Once it is approved and live, Hemlane will be able to display the accurate location across all partner listing sites.
