When you add a property in Hemlane, our system connects with Google Maps to ensure the address is verified and accurate. This integration helps provide the most reliable location and marketing information for your listings on Hemlane and our partner advertising sites.
However, in some cases (such as new construction, new developments, or properties not yet updated on Google Maps) the address may not appear. If this happens, you can still manually add the property into Hemlane for all purposes.
To add in a property not currently on Google Maps, please:
Step 1: Navigate to your Properties tab and select the [+ Add A Property] button in the upper right hand corner
Step 2: Confirm you are adding in a new property, select your property type, and choose "Add Manually"
Step 3: Fill out the details about the property including it's street address and the nearest location on Google Maps to help map to the correct location.
Step 4: Add or skip the addition of any team members, service providers, and select your package type!
Step 5: Select your desired service add-ons before selecting [Save & Finish].
