At Hemlane, we're dedicated to streamlining the property management of our users. Our newest service on our Complete package, Tenants⁺, is designed to provide owners and property managers with unparalleled assistance in managing tenant communications within the Hemlane portal.
What is Included in the Tenants⁺ Service?
Tenants⁺ is your key to stepping away from the daily tenant messages and questions. Our team will assist in handling various tenant communications between 7am - 4pm PT, Monday through Friday.
Examples of communications we’ll assist with include (but not limited to):
- Addressing noise complaints
- Managing HOA violations
- Clarifying lease terms
- Responding to rent-related queries
- Discussing tenant responsibilities
It's important to note that while we strive to facilitate these interactions, we are not property managers or legal advisors. We act based on your directives, following your instructions on how to handle specific situations.
What Can I Expect As An Owner or Property Manager?
Here's an example into how Tenants⁺ functions for properties on our Complete package. Owners and managers can also view all Hemlane communications with tenants through the Tenants and Leases tab.
A tenant submits a message in the Hemlane portal:
- Your Tenants⁺ coordinator will receive and review the message from your tenant.
- Your Tenants⁺ coordinator may reach out to you directly with any specific questions or for clarification. This communication will be separate from the communication with your tenant.
- Your Tenants⁺ coordinator will reply back to the tenant on your behalf.
