Hemlane allows you to view the registration status of your tenant and have some insight on if they have set up their Hemlane account in order to make their rental payments. This way you can easily keep track of their progress and follow up if necessary.
To view the status of your tenant's account:
Step 1: Select the Tenants & Leases tab on the left side main menu.
Step 2: Click on the tenant's name.
Step 3: View the status of their account under "Tenant Details" in their Overview.
