Hemlane sends notifications to tenants regarding payments, maintenance requests, and other communications via email and text message. Tenants are notified via email for the following reasons:
When a new payment transaction has been created
When a new recurring payment request has been created
When a payment is due: 5 days before the due date & 1 day before the due date
When a payment is late: 1 day after the due date & every Monday after the due date
When a payment transaction has initiated
When a maintenance request was submitted by them
When added to a maintenance request (+ text notification)
When a maintenance request has been updated (+text notification)
When a message has been sent to them within Hemlane (+text notification)
