Hemlane allows you to view the registration status of your tenant so you can confirm whether they have set up their account and are ready to make rental payments. This makes it easy to track their progress and follow up if needed.
To View the Status of Your Tenant’s Account
Step 1: Select the Tenants and Leases tab on the left-hand main menu.
Step 2: Click on the tenant’s name.
Step 3: View the status of their account under tenant details in their Overview.
