Hemlane allows you to upload your lease or other documents for your tenants to easily view. You can also upload private documents that tenants will not be able to see.
How Do I Upload Documents a Tenant Can See?
Step 1: Select the Tenants and Leases tab on the left-hand main menu and click on the relevant tenant group.
Step 2: Navigate to the Leases & Documents section of the tenant profile, where you can upload any documentation for the tenant to view.
How Do I Add Private Documents the Tenant Won’t See?
Step 1: Select the Properties tab on the left-hand main menu.
Step 2: Click on the relevant property and select Documents & notes to upload documents.
