For best outcomes, Hemlane's Rental Assistant team will need you to include fitting instructions from the Services tab within your portal. Setting these instructions can be achieved in the Services tab on the left-hand side of your portal and by clicking into the "Rental Assistant" section and click [Add New Guide] next to any available Complete package property:

Once you are happy with your applied instructions our Rental Assistant team will be able to handle the various needs of your tenant communications between 7am - 4pm PT, Monday through Friday.
