Hemlane gives you the flexibility to upgrade or downgrade your subscription package at any time. For example, an owner who typically uses the Basic package may choose to switch to the Essential or Complete package during busy seasons, such as holidays or vacations, when additional support is needed.
You can change your subscription at the property level within the Properties tab. Once you update the package type, the change will automatically apply to all units within that property.
To change your property's subscription package:
Step 1: Click into your Properties tab on the left-hand menu.
Step 2: Select the "Package" button under the property you would like to make changes to.
Step 3: Within this "Package" tab, select the package type you’d like to upgrade or downgrade to.
Please note: This change will automatically update your subscription and immediately turn on or off any additional functions on your package type.
