Hemlane gives you the flexibility to upgrade or downgrade your subscription package at any time. For example, an owner who typically uses the Basic package may choose to switch to Essential or Complete during busier seasons such as holidays or vacations when additional support is needed.
Subscription changes are made at the property level within the Properties tab. Once updated, the new package type will automatically apply to all units within that property.
To Change Your Property’s Subscription Package
Step 1: Click into the Properties tab on the left-hand menu.
Step 2: Select the property you would like to update.
Step 3: Scroll through your property details, locate the Package section, and click Edit.
Step 4: Select the new package type you would like to apply to this property and click Save to confirm your changes.
Please note that this change will immediately update your subscription and automatically turn on or off any features associated with the new package type.
