If you need to update a unit name or modify your property description (for example, changing the label from “House” to another type), you can do so directly in the Properties tab of your Hemlane account.
If a unit name is not specified, Hemlane will automatically default the property type to “House.” Updating the unit name ensures your property is displayed correctly in your account and on any associated listings.
To change a unit number:
Step 1: Click into the Properties tab on the left side main menu.
Step 2: Locate the property you would like to change.
Step 3: Click on the "Multi-unit" button.
Step 4: Change the name of the unit. The system will automatically save your changes after typing the name in.
