Please follow the steps below to add a property to your Hemlane account. Once a property is added, you can add your tenants and their payment requests.
PLEASE NOTE:
The user who added the property is responsible for the Hemlane subscription and is referred to as the "bill to user". If you are unsure who is charged the Hemlane subscription because you have multiple rentals and users, you can confirm by looking at the properties under the user's name within the Your Team tab.
The subscribing user will have the words "bill to" listed under their permissions for each property.
To add a property to Hemlane:
Step 1:Click into the Properties tab on the left side main menu
Step 2: Click the [Add Property] button in the upper right corner
Step 3: Select the "new property" or "new unit in one of my existing properties" option, then click [Next]
Step 4: Add the rental address then click the [Next] button

Step 5: Add any team members to the property (or skip this step)
Step 6: Add any service professionals to the property (or skip this step)
Step 7: Select your package type and click [Add Property]
