With some maintenance requests, you may want to self manage them due to having insight or known history of the project that the maintenance coordinators do not have.
To remove the maintenance coordinators from the request and add yourself as the "managed by" contact please log into your Hemlane account and:
Step 1: Click into Maintenance & Repair
Step 2: Click into the maintenance request you would like to edit
Step 3: Click the pencil icon to edit the "Managed by" participant on the right side of the maintenance request
Step 4: Uncheck the box for "Hemlane Coordinated" and select a user for the new managing contact
Step 5: Click the "update" button to save your changes
