Once your service professional has invoiced you, you will want to close the work order and/or maintenance request after all work has been completed.

To close a work order (but not the maintenance request), please:
Step 1: Select the Maintenance & Repair tab from the left side main menu
Step 2: Click on the Work Order you would like to close
Step 3: Select the "Status" drop down in the upper left hand corner of the work order and select either "Canceled" or "Complete" for your new status
To close a work order AND it's associated maintenance request, please:
Step 1: Select the Maintenance & Repair tab from the left side main menu
Step 2: Click on the Work Order you would like to close
Step 3: Select the "Status" drop down in the upper left hand corner of the work order and select either "Complete" for your new status.
Step 4: Check the box "Also close maintenance request (will close associated work orders)"
Step 5: Add in your reason for closing the request and click "Confirm"
To close a maintenance request with no open work order, please:
Step 1: Select the Maintenance & Repair tab from the left side main menu
Step 2: Click on the Maintenance Request you would like to close
Step 3: Click on the [Open] button in the upper middle are of the request, and select "Closed"
Step 4: Add in your reasoning for closing the request and click [OK]
