Hemlane allows you to assign Work Orders to service professionals to allow your professionals to upload estimates, and invoices, and request payment from you. Information in the work order is not visible to the tenant.
To create a Work Order and Assign a Service Pro:
Step 1: Select on your Maintenance & Repairs tab
Step 2: Select the Maintenance and Repair request which has been created
Step 3: Select Assign under work order
Step 4: Select an existing Service Professional you already have added in, a team member, or a new contact using the options
Step 5: Ensure all details are correct, and select Create Work Order at the bottom
