Hemlane allows you to assign a point of contact for any new maintenance and repair requests opened at a property. This person will automatically be assigned as the coordinator for all repair requests at that property.
To Assign a Point of Contact for a Property
Step 1: Click into the Maintenance and Repairs tab.
Step 2: Select the Instructions section from along the top.
Step 3: Select the property you would like to assign a point of contact for.
Step 4: Select Coordination from the quick-links menu.
Step 5: Assign the user you would like to be the point of contact and save your changes.
