Hemlane allows customers to change their subscription package at any time, but certain updates depend on your role and where you make the change in your account.
Only Bill-To Users Can Update the Subscription
The bill-to user is the person responsible for paying the Hemlane subscription. Only the bill-to user can update subscription details. Invited users who have been added as team members to help manage properties do not have permission to archive or delete properties, as these actions directly affect billing.
To Reduce the Number of Units
The Subscriptions page shows an overview of your active units. To reduce this number, you must navigate to the Properties tab and archive or delete units there.

To Change the Package (Basic, Essential, or Complete)
The Subscriptions page also displays your current package type. To change a property's package, navigate to the Properties tab and adjust the subscription at the property level.
