Prospective tenants are not able to book a showing online if it is within 6 hours of the scheduled showing time. The only exception is if other attendees are already registered for that same showing slot.
This cutoff exists to prevent last-minute bookings that could leave you or your showing agent without enough time to prepare. It helps ensure that every showing is properly coordinated and that prospective tenants receive the best possible experience when viewing your property.
