Hemlane allows you to automatically feed leads from Zillow directly into your Hemlane account for easy prospective tenant management. If you are listing your property on Zillow directly, follow the steps below to have your leads appear automatically in Hemlane.
To Integrate Zillow Leads Into Hemlane
Step 1: In Hemlane, select the Marketing tab.
Step 2: Select the property you would like to connect to your Zillow leads.
Step 3: Select the advanced advertising settings icon () and copy the "Zillow Priority Email".
Step 4: Within your Zillow Rental Manager account, select the three stacked dots to the right of your property and click Edit Listing.
Step 5: Under the Leasing section of your listing, scroll down to the email field located under the Final Details section.
Step 6: Paste the Zillow Priority Email from Step 3 into the email field and save your changes.
