If you need to cancel a showing, you can do so directly within your Hemlane account by following the steps below.
Step 1: Select the Marketing tab on the left-hand main menu.
Step 2: Filter for the desired or select it by clicking Edit.
Step 3: Select the Showings section within the listing.
Step 4: Click View on the showing block.
Step 5: Select Cancel.
Step 6: A pop-up window will notify you that any attendees will receive a cancellation email. Click OK to confirm and complete the cancellation.
