Hemlane makes it easy for you to manage all your property related expenses in once easy to use place - your Financials tab! For step-by-step instructions on how to add a transaction into your Hemlane account and reporting, please follow the instructions below.
To add a transaction into your account, please:
Step 1: Navigate to your Financials tab on your left side main menu and select the "Transactions" tab along the top
Step 2: Click the [ADD TRANSACTION] button towards the top right
Step 3: Fill in the details of the transaction
Details include a description, the associated property, the category, the date, who was involved in the transaction (both paying and receiving), and the amount
Step 4: Once the details of your transaction are filled in, click [Save]. Your transaction will be added to your list of all transactions
