Hemlane allows you to disable online payments for active tenant groups when needed. Please note this option is only available for active tenant groups and cannot be applied to terminated tenant groups.
Disabling Online Payments
To disable online payments for a tenant group, follow the steps below.
Step 1: Navigate to the Tenants & Leases tab and click on the tenant group's name
Step 2: Click "More Actions"
Step 3: Select "Disable Online Payments" and click Confirm.
