Owners using Hemlane’s marketing features may occasionally receive an email with the subject line “Prospective tenant withdrew from your property”, indicating that a tenant is no longer interested in a listing. In some cases, the tenant may have clicked the wrong button and still wants to be considered. You might also encounter situations where you previously declined an applicant but later decide to reconsider them for the same property or another one.
If you need to move an applicant from archived back to active in the Prospective Tenants tab, please follow these steps:
Step 1: Click the Prospective Tenants tab on the left side main menu.
Step 2: Locate the applicant's name under the "Archived" section.
Step 3: Select "More Actions" for the applicant, and choose "Unarchive".
Step 4: Confirm you want to unarchive the applicant
