I accidentally archived an applicant! How can I view them and/or unarchive them?

Owners using Hemlane's marketing features might receive an email with the subject line, "Prospective tenant withdrew from your property" stating a prospective tenant is no longer interested in a property. Occasionally prospective tenants accidentally hit a wrong button and still want to be considered. Or, you declined an applicant and have decided to reconsider the applicant for this property or another property.

 

To move an applicant (listed under the Prospective Tenants tab) from archived to active, please follow these steps:  

 

 

Step 1: Click the Prospective Tenants tab on the left side main menu

 

                                                       

 

Step 2: Locate the applicant's name under the "Archived" section

Step 3: Select "Unarchive" for the applicant

 

 

Step 4: Confirm you want to unarchive the applicant
