Below are details on the turnaround times for background checks, including information on counties with specific reporting limitations.
In certain locations, only credit checks are available due to local reporting limitations. Criminal and eviction checks cannot be conducted in the following counties, and will only show credit reports:
- California: Los Angeles
- Hawaii: Hawaii, Honolulu, Kalawao, Kauai, Maui
- Kentucky: All counties
