Screening reports are available for 30 days after they are generated. As of April 30, 2026, TransUnion reduced the expiration window for all screening reports from 60 days to 30 days. This means once a screening report is generated, both you and your applicant have 30 days to access it before it is no longer available.
We strongly recommend that both parties save and download their copy of the report as soon as possible after it is generated. Once a report expires, it will no longer be accessible through Hemlane and a new screening request will need to be submitted to get an updated report.
