When an applicant signs their application within Hemlane, they agree to and authorize verification of the information provided on their application.
Where Can I Locate and Print the Authorization of Release of Information Form?
Once an applicant has submitted their application, you can find their Release of Information form within the Prospective Tenants tab.
Navigate to the applicant’s entry under the Prospective Tenants tab and select the Applications section. From there you will see the landlord authorization form along with any uploaded documents.
