- Is your credit score over 620?
- Is your monthly income at least three times the rental amount?
- Do you have pets?
To gain further insight and better qualify prospective tenants, you may want to ask additional questions through the tenant’s message thread. Some examples include:
- When are you expecting to move in?
- Why are you looking for a new home?
- Do you smoke?
- Do you have any co-applicants?
