Homeowners who are unsure whether they want to rent or sell their property may want to test both options at once. While Hemlane allows you to list your rental property on the top 30 rental listing sites, not all platforms allow the same address to be posted more than once, even across different categories such as "for sale" and "for rent."
Zillow and Trulia are examples of sites that do not allow multiple listing types for the same address. If your property is already listed for sale on either of these platforms, it will be recognized as a duplicate and cannot also be posted as a rental.
It is also worth noting that if your property is currently listed for sale on Zillow outside of Hemlane, our syndication to Zillow will not go through for the same reason.
