Hemlane makes it easy to add tenants, cosigners, and guarantors to your application. Additional parties can be added both before and after submitting your own application.
To Add a Co-Applicant, Cosigner, or Guarantor
Step 1: Visit your Dashboard.
Step 2: Click the + Co-Applicant button to invite the additional party to submit their own application.
Please note that a separate application is required for each occupant who is 18 years of age or older, or an emancipated minor. If you do not meet the minimum income or credit qualifications for the rental, we recommend inviting a cosigner or guarantor as an additional applicant.
If you are already an active tenant and need to add someone to your lease, you will need to contact your landlord or property manager directly, as this cannot be done through your applicant account.
